Registration is done through the Fitter & Faster Swim Camps

Hi Parents! 

We have been invited by our friends over at Fitter & Faster to attend an upcoming Explosive Performance Swim Camp on November 25 & 26 in Montclair.

Camp does fill up, so register early if you're interested!
Please understand that practices at MKA are still being conducted on these days. This is a camp being hosted by a separate organization renting out the MSU facility.

There will be two sessions each day, one for swimmers 11 & over the other for ages 12 & over. The curriculum each day will be: 

November 25:

• Explosive Starts, Underwaters & Breakouts

November 26:

• Faster Flip Turns, Open Turns & Finishes
