COUGAR AQUATIC TEAM PICNIC

Date: Saturday, June 17, 2023

Time: 12:00pm - 3:00pm 

Location: Morgan's Farm (in Cedar Grove)

     903 Pompton Ave (Rte. 23), Cedar Grove, NJ

     Parking is available at the United Presbyterian Church

Food:

Benji's Taqueria Mexican Grill Truck will be on site with food to purchase. 

You can also bring your own food if you prefer. 

Ice Cream:

We will have an ice cream truck on site. The team will provide each swimmer with a ticket for a free ice cream paid for by the team. Coach Jon will be in charge of distribution of these tickets. All you have to do is go up to him and introduce yourselves! Be prepared to answer a few ice breaking questions that he will have for you! His goal is to get to know as many of you as possible. :) 

Other offerings: 

The team is also providing face painting and animal balloons!

Team Gifts:

Every year we try to come up with a useful item to hand out as a team gift. This year's gift to each swimmer is a pair of Cougar socks. They will be distributed to the groups at the picnic. cougar socks image

Team Store: 

Whatever inventory of Cougar items that we have will be made available for sale at the picnic, including additional socks should you wish to purchase additional pairs. 

Volunteers Needed:

For families that still require parent obligation credit. We are looking for help at this event. Please reach out to Coach Eric at cougaraquaticteamllc@gmail.com. Volunteer assignments will be handed out on a first to those who had previously reached out with interest in helping and then to others on a first come, first serve basis. (i.e. team sales table, set-up/clean-up crew, team gift sorting/distribution, etc).
