Swim Meets

WHO:  9&older - Prelim/Final for the 13&Older at our Y - Finals will only be on Sunday at the Y. Only Top 6 Girls and Boys swim at finals (500 Free final is top 6 13&older, and 400 IM final is top 6 13&O)

WHERE:  YMCA of Montclair

Three other teams are planning on attending this meet.  

No spectators, so we can fit all teams. 

SESSIONS - 

• Thursday, June 24th - (Events: 11o 1,000 Free, 9-12 500 Free, 11-12 400IM)

         Session 1 - Warm up - 4:00PM, Start - 5:05PM - End - 6:30PM

• Saturday, June 26th

          Session 2 (13&O) - Warm up - 12:30PM, Start -1:35PM - End - 3:30PM

          Session 3 (9-12) - Warm up - 4:00PM, Start 5:05PM - End - 6:30PM

• Sunday, June 27th

          Session 4 (13&O) - Warm up - 7:00AM, Start - 8:05AM - End - 10:00AM

          Session 5 (9-12) - Warm up - 10:30AM, Start - 11:35AM - End - 1:30PM

          Session 6 (Finals) - Warm up - 3:00PM, Start 4:05PM - It will last just about over 2 hours.

Warmups: MYM will take all 6 lanes of first 25 minutes, CAT will take second 25 minutes, MAY will warm up with MYM, RY will warm up with CAT.
