     Timers will need to check in with admissions. 

     Spectator tickets will not be needed for up to two timers/per timing slot/per session.

13 & Over Families participating in the meet this weekend:

If your 13 & over swimmer is entered in this meet, please be ready to step up and help if asked to do so.

1. If you are a timer and cannot make your assignment, it is your job to find a replacement BEFORE THE MEET. Back up timers for each session are listed directly under each session. Please notify the head timer of your replacement ASAP. A team directory is sent with this email.

2. If you are a BACK UP TIMER and you are contacted, please respond immediately to the person who has contacted you for help.

3. Please TEXT THE HEAD TIMER FOR YOUR SESSION as soon as you arrive at the pool. Please also CHECK IN with the HOST TEAM.

4. Please attend the TIMERS' MEETING if you are in the first group of timers for your session (this is noted).

**Please note: All timers MUST purchase a ticket for the session during which they are timing.
