Swim Meets

This is a qualifying meet. If you qualify and you choose to register, you are registering to represent New Jersey Swimming. 

You are responsible to get yourself to and from the meet. New Jersey Swimming will have coaches on site during the meet. 

If your swimmer qualifies and are considering entering into this meet, please reach out to Coach Jon at jon@cougaraquatic.com. Entry deadline is July 21st, although there has been an allowance made for those who are looking to make last minute qualifying times at Golds (but it would be best to email with Jon before the deadline).

UPDATED: June 24, 2026 - Zone - Athlete Applications

Hello NJ Swimming, 

NJ Swimming Zone Athlete Applications are live.  The link is: https://pci.jotform.com/form/261376139873164

Any athlete who qualifies and wants to attend can do so as long as s/he applies prior to July 19th and entries are submitted on their behalf by their club coach.  Although, there is now a process for making a Zone cut at Golds. Please read on...

The way the entry process will work is:

All athletes have to complete the application for their entries to be submitted. 

Team will submit an entry file to the LSC, but the athletes must submit their application and payment through the above link. The application fee covers the entry fees.

PLEASE NOTE: The entry deadline for Zones is July 21.  The Eastern Zone has agreed to allow us to submit updated entries for zones after our Gold meet, but you should plan on applying ahead of the deadline if you are close to qualifying. NJS has to order apparel, and they want to make sure they have enough for everyone who qualify and plan on attending.
