Pre-Scratching:
This meet will be pre-seeded, which means the heat sheets are being prepared ahead of time. Please notify your coach before Wednesday 12/8 if you are signed up but do not plan on attending. You will still be responsible for the fees, but it will help us come up with an accurate heat sheet for the meet.

COVID PROTOCOLS:

There are NO SPECTATORS. The meet is livestreamed on YouTube: SwimCast.
ALL coaches, athletes, and timers must complete a BAC COVID Waiver.
ARRIVALS: Arrival times are listed on the schedule.
- Please ensure that your athletes and volunteers arrive at the scheduled time - not before.
- Everyone may use the back doors.
- We need a coach from each team at the back door to check in athletes and confirm receipt of the COVID waiver. Please ensure that you have all waivers for all athletes and volunteers before handing them to the control room.
- Timers should arrive at the scheduled time and not before. They too must complete a waiver.
NO LOCKER ROOMS/RESTROOMS - At this time, we do not use the locker rooms or the restrooms. There are port-a-potties in the back of the building to the left of the entrance. Do not use the glass doors to the lobby.
NO FOOD is allowed in the building.
Heat sheets will be sent out later today. Approximate heat start times are listed on the heat sheets. Parents can use these times to judge pickup times.
It is the responsibility of each coach to monitor their team’s facial coverings as well as athletes keeping a physical distancing from one another.
