Note from the Host (3/9/2026)

We are looking forward to a great weekend of swimming for our 10 & Under athletes! Our goal is to keep the meet light, fun, and full of energy. I will have several of our senior athletes stationed behind the blocks and around the pool deck to help direct swimmers and make sure everyone gets where they need to be.

We will be doing award presentations for the top 8 in each event. The timeline includes short breaks to allow time for these presentations.

We will also be announcing the top heat of each event. Please see the attached Top Seed sheet. If you have a swimmer who is the top seed in any event, please have them fill out the form and hand it to me at check-in so the announcer can share a fun fact when introducing the heat. If your swimmer is the top seed but plans to scratch, please let me know as soon as possible so I can notify the coach of the next seed to complete a form. Top Seed Sheet: Click Here


Parade of Athletes - Saturday:
We will line swimmers up by team in alphabetical order in the hallway outside the pool before the session begins. Teams will then parade onto the pool deck and take a lap around the pool while we recognize each team. Bring the team spirit and fun props to show your enthusiasm! When you check in, please stop by the office area to pick up your team pennant to carry during the parade.

The store will remain open for about 3 weeks after Gold Championships as well. 
Orders placed up to 5 days before the event will be shipped directly to the customer's house. Orders placed after that date will be available for pick up at the meet. 

Fine Designs will also be onsite for orders the weekend of the meet.
