     Session 1 = All 10u Girls (including 8&u events)

COUGAR PARENT VOLUNTEERS SHOULD NOT USE THIS DOCUMENT FOR THEIR VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN TIME. COUGAR PARENT VOLUNTEERS SHOULD REPORT TO THEIR JOBS BASED ON THE TIME LISTED ON THE VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP FOR THEIR JOB (everyone receives a confirmation email on registration).  VOLUNTEER JOBS REQUIRE DIFFERENT START TIME THAN THAT OF YOUR SWIMMER IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE SESSION HAS COVERAGE.

A NOTE FROM THE HOST TO ALL TEAMS:

Thank you for attending the NJS 10&u Gold Championships at the Jersey Aquatic Center!

1.   Parking 

The facility kindly requests that families refrain from dropping off passengers at the main entrance and encourages all to park prior to all family members (including swimmer) entering the facility. They also ask all to be mindful of the safety of all when navigating the parking lot.

a.   In the event that parking becomes limited, overflow parking can be found at 675 and 630 Central Avenue. Please do not park next door at the Murray Hill Tennis Center nor across the street at the Farmer’s Market Mall as you are subject to towing and fines at your own expense.

2.   Procedures for Swimmers/Spectators
Facility will open to spectators/swimmers 15-20 min before the start of warm-up.
When entering through the facility front doors, swimmers, coaches, and officials will proceed directly ahead to the pool deck. Spectators will go up the staircase to the 2^nd floor to gain access to the bleachers, concessions, and the swim shop vendor.

     a.   NOPARENTS WILL BE PERMITTED TO WALK THEIR CHILD ONTO THE POOL DECK.

b.   Timer’s meeting will occur on the second level in the room behind the bleachers approximately 20minutes before the start of the session. Timers are asked to check in with the Head Timer 30 minutes before the start of the session.

3.   OFFICIALS
All officials are asked to contact the Meet Ref, John Butler, at j.m.butler@comcast.net.

4.   There will not be marshalling; however, we will be providing host-team volunteers behind the timers who will help ensure the swimmers are in the correct heat and lane. All teams are asked to please be prepared to send their swimmers behind the block as their events approach.  

5.   Metro Swim Shop
Will be located on the second level for meet merchandise.  

6.   Concessions
We will offer a light variety of items on the second floor. Cash only.
