PARENTS PLEASE NOTE:
1. If you cannot make your timing assignment, it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement. Please use the list of alternates found below the timing assignment. The Team Roster can be found in Commit email history. Please notify the head timer of any changes ASAP.

2. If you are listed as an alternate, it is the expectation that you will RESPOND to requests for help before and during the meet.

3. If you are a timer, please TEXT the head timer as soon as you arrive at the meet to CONFIRM you are present.

4. All timers need to check in with the head timer AND the host team upon arrival at the pool. There is a table in the front hallway that is staffed by the host team.

5. ALL timers assigned to the first timing slot of the session MUST ATTEND the timers' meeting on the pool deck. Host team will verify time for meeting upon your check-in.

6. Timers have FREE entry to the pool for the session in which they are timing.
