All meet information throughout the week will be available on the Last Splash page of the Accurate Swim Timing website, (including heat sheets, results, etc). There will only be heat sheets available at the pool for coaches and not for spectators, so please share this link with your families who will be attending the meet.

We are also in BIG need of help with both officials and lane timers for this meet, and all lane timers receive a $10 Amazon gift card for each session that they volunteer! Please pass on this volunteer sign up link to all your attending families and ask any certified USAS officials who would be willing to work a session to please reach out to Meet Referee Quinn Sampson at qsampson@gmail.com.

We will have open warm up for all teams on Wednesday from 11am-8pm. We will have 5 LCM lanes available throughout that time and all lanes are on a first come first serve basis. PLEASE communicate and work together as you arrive looking to warm up your teams.

On Thursday through Sunday, the facility doors will open every day at 6:30am for the morning sessions, with a 7:00am warm up and a 9:00am meet start. And in the afternoons, the facility doors will reopen every day at 3:30pm, with a 4:00pm warm up and a 5:30pm meet start. There will also be a coaches meeting at 8:00am on Thursday morning in the hospitality room.

Since we are very tight on officials, we are going to ADJUST the positive check in deadlines from the meet information and ask all teams to have their athletes positive check in by 6:00pm the night BEFORE their events. Thursday events can be checked in on the pool deck Wednesday afternoon OR by texting the admin text number at 954-780-6536. Thank you for your attention and help with this important detail
