By submitting this application, you would like to commit to swim for the NJS 2023 LC Zones All-Star Team. There will be a $25 non-refundable fee to apply. If you make the team this deposit will go towards the full fee of $150 to be a member of the NJS LC Zones All-Star team. Uniform will be separate from application.The NJS EZ Long Course Zone Team is an application process. All applications must be submitted online on or before 5:00PM FRIDAY JULY 14, 2023.
Total fee will be $150 per swimmer, $25 nonrefundable fee with application, $125 balance due upon acceptance on team.
All eligible swimmers must be current members of NJ Swimming and have participated in (2) two NJS sanctioned meets (sanctioned/approved) from April 1, 2023 – July 14, 2023
You CANNOT use 2023 NJS GOLD CHAMPIONSHIP meet as a qualifying meet for zones - No times from NJS LCM Gold Championships will be eligible since entries are due on July 25th.
*Any swimmer 14 & under is eligible to apply to be a member of the NJS EZ Long Course Zone Team if they have achieved an any LC AGE Zone qualifying time (LCM or SCY) between August 3, 2022–July 24, 2023. (except for the exceptions listed in the Meet Information for junior national qualifiers and above).
* All applicants have until midnight JULY 21st, 2023 to withdraw, withdraws needs to be emailed on/before midnight JULY 21st to using the WITHDRAWAL FORM . After that time/date the full balance will be due.
* If a swimmer withdraws from the meet their order with Metro Swim Shop will be cancelled.
* Times from the Silver/Bronze meet or any meet being run on July 22-23 will be updated into our entries.
* If you qualified outside of NJ Swimming, please have your coach submit the meet results to the NJ Swim Office asap.
* The top two swimmers that apply per event will be placed in each event unless all of the swimmers have achieved an Eastern Zone Meet Qualifying Time.
* NJS has a minimum of (2) two spots per age group per gender per event, even if the swimmer(s) do not have the qualifying time.
* If you would like to be considered for an event you do not have the QT for, make sure it is on your application. Since your parent/guardian is taking you we do not put you into events on a day you have not applied for any events.
* All applicants will be able to view their events by NOON MONDAY JULY 24th
* Eligible swimmers can swim a maximum of 8 events total, 3 events per day maximum.
* Relays will be decided by the coaching staff
* Long course times will supersede short course yard times in the seeding process.
* No converted times allowed.
* Age for meet is as of AUGUST 2, 2023
* The 2023 Eastern Zone Long Course swimmer uniform will consist of (1) one team suit, (2) two t-shirts and (2) two caps available for purchase, other optional items may be available for purchase.
REMINDER: As a member of the NJS LC AG Zone team you cannot wear or have anything with your USA-S team logo on it… no bag, cap, t-shirt, etc. cannot have team logo, only NJS Logo or NO LOGO at all.

ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED YOU WILL RECIEVE A FORM FOR THE BALANCE DUE AND AND UPDATE FORM IF YOU WISH TO UPDATE YOUR EVENTS. BALANCE IS DUE ON/OR BEFORE SATURDAY JUNE 22nd
