We will enter the building at the large, blue double doors in the back of the building.
Masks are required of everyone entering the facility. We also ask that all athletes maintain social distance throughout the meet.
Each volunteer, athlete, and coach from your team will need to fill out a COVID waiver. We ask that each coach hold onto the waivers until you have collected all of them. The waiver is linked above.
The facility does not allow spectators at this time. The meet will be livestreamed on SwimCast. Here is a link: Mini Champs SwimCast Link
The doors will open at 10:45am, we ask that you arrive prior to this time, especially with these little ones, as the parents like to see the coach before leaving their athlete and they are unable to be on deck.
The meet will be PRE-SEEDED.
The meet is currently set to run a little over 2 hours.
Timing Assignments: SCAR will need to provide three timers between the two teams and CAT will need to provide three timers. Please let me know if this is an issue.
Warmup Assignments: SCAR-WAVE will be in lanes 1 -4. SCAR-RUTGERS will be in lanes 5 - 6. CAT will be in lanes 7 - 11 and BAC will be in lanes 12 - 17.
Locker rooms will be available for restroom use only - NOT FOR CHANGING OR SHOWERING. There will be a 4 athlete limit in the locker rooms. Locker rooms are for athletes only.
Coaches, officials, parent volunteers will have access to the restrooms in the main building.

Doors open at 10:45am.
Warm-up starts at 11:00am.
Meet Start Time: 11:30am.
