All the teams have agreed on restructuring the meet for this weekend. They will be running one timed final session for all age groups per day. The session should run 2.5-3 hours.

Here are some important reminders from the host team:

All athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers must provide proof of negative COVID test as previously mentioned.
Stephanie Crofton will be handling all COVID test screening etc. If you have any questions regarding testing or if you did not receive a COVID Waiver Link email from her, please reach out at stephanie@berkeleyaquatic.com.
THE HOST TEAM IS IN NEED OF VOLUNTEER TIMERS. They will not be assigning lanes and are asking for volunteers. Volunteers will also need to provide proof of a negative test. If you are interested in volunteering, please e-mail Coach Eric at eric@cougaraquatic.com and he will put you in touch with the Meet Director. You will be signing up for the entire session.

There is a 90 minute open warm-up.
Scratches are due 45 minutes prior to the start of the session. Check-in sheets will be on the table just inside the control room.
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to warm-up each day. Please use the main lobby doors.
The meet is deck seeded.
