Groups Attending: 13 and over swimmers who qualify.
All other athletes will be attending the CAT-hosted Winter Classic meet at JAC that same weekend.

FROM HOST TEAM: Officials please contact Gary Thayer, the meet referee, directly: gght466@gmail.com or via a sign-up link which will be provided shortly. We need officials for all sessions: prelims, age group, distance and finals. Please encourage your officials to volunteer and help out.

MORE FROM THE HOST TEAM 9/14/23: 

-Timers get FREE ADMISSION for the session. If you were assigned, your name has already been submitted to the host team. 2 Parents were assigned for each timing assignment given, so two people can get in without paying.
-Relays at the Start & End of Finals
-2 Heats of 13-14s, 3 Heats of Open at Finals
-1000 Free, 1650 Free, 13-14 500 Free, and 13-14 400 IM are all TIMED FINALS with only the Top Heat (8 swimmers) at Night.  Please check the psych sheets to see if your swimmer(s) are in the top 8, and if they do not plan to compete at Finals, let us know ASAP.

WARM CLOTHING DRIVE --- please encourage your team to contribute to our warm clothing drive to benefit Trenton Area Soup Kitchens.    As a team training outdoors, EEX are especially sensitive to this need, and we are very appreciative for any hats, gloves, socks, etc, that you can donate.
