Warm-Up Schedule: The pool will be open for general warm-up on Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 4:50 PM. Additionally, a general meeting for coaches will be conducted at 2:00 PM on the second floor in the mini-gym (hospitality room). Coaches are responsible for all information presented; therefore, it is essential that at least one representative from each club is in attendance.
Timers: Visiting teams are requested to provide timers for preliminaries, as detailed in the meet packet. The timer assignments for the weekend are attached. Please plan accordingly and arrive punctually to ensure the meet commences as scheduled. A meeting for timers will take place 30 minutes before the start of the meet, and all timers should report to the check-in table located outside the locker room area.

Certified officials wishing to work the meet should submit an application by March 7, 2024 for assigned positions or to be evaluated.
