Swim Meets

Hello Cougar Age Group Program,

Very excited to get started with some very productive and non intimidating competition. Just wanted to check in about the meets coming up. 

For the Green and White Meet, you are signed up. If you are not able to attend, please email me at jon@cougaraquatic.com. Warmup time is set for 1:15 PM. We will need timers and some help marshaling the kids, but it should be pretty basic otherwise. For this meet, we put the swimmer in every event for their age. If there are any events, you athlete knows they can not do, let me know as well. 

Worth Mentioning, For this and all meets, arrive on time, ready to jump in, or 15 minutes early as we deck seed the meets. This means you are scratched from the meets during warmup if you are not there. This probably makes no sense to you, if you are new, but it means no open lanes during the meet.
