Swimmers who are swimming on FRIDAY night at JAC Fall Fest must provide their own timers and counters.


REMINDERS TO ALL CAT PARENTS ABOUT TIMING ASSIGNMENTS:1. If you cannot fulfill your timing assignment, it is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement. Possible replacements are below timing assignments, and contact information can be found on TEAM ROSTER sent out via email on 11/02/23. Notify Head Timer of any replacements.

2. Please verify all PHONE NUMBERS within Commit. Please make sure that a swimmer's cell number is not listed as a parent's number.

3. Please TEXT the Head Timer when you ARRIVE at the pool the day of your timing assignment.


IMPORTANT NOTE FROM FACILITY:
Please park before you and your swimmers enter the facility.  DO NOT drop off your swimmers at the entrance; the challenge is stacking onto Central Avenue...
In the event that parking lots at 629 Central Avenue fill (JAC Facility) additional parking is available at 630 Central Avenue and 675 Central Avenue.  Please DO NOT park at Murray Hill Tennis or the Farmer's Market lots neighboring.
