RY Gingerbread Man Mini Meet

(UPDATE 1/27/2022):

Ridgewood YMCA is monitoring the incoming snowstorm. Currently, it doesn't seem to be impacting our region for more than a few inches on Saturday. If things change, we will make any sort of call or adjustment by Saturday night at 10pm.

Also, they will have merchandise and very light concessions for sale, card only no cash.

GENERAL MEET REMINDERS AND INFO (UPDATED 1/25/2022)

● The doors to the YMCA open no later than 9am.
● All athletes will be seated in the gym and marshaled to the pool deck from the
gym. Athletes may bring chairs with them to the gym. We suggest bundling up as
it gets cold in the gym.
● One parent per FAMILY may spectate and accompany their child in the facility
while the meet is going on.
○ Anyone who is NOT a member of the Ridgewood YMCA must bring with
them a state issued ID to be RAPTOR scanned into the building.
Encourage your families to leave extra time for this.

● CoVid reminder
○ Masks will be mandatory for all athletes, spectators, volunteers and
officials throughout the weekend.
○ Please have your athletes bring a few masks and a plastic bag to keep them
in behind the blocks.

● Currently, our hope is to be able to run this meet without the need for teams to
provide any timers. However, I may need to call on some teams for help. If you
have parents who are willing to time, please reach out to me.
