If your credit card transaction fails, you will receive an automatic notice from the Commit Team Suite, notifying you that your transaction did not  process and offering you a link to update your credit card information.

If the link in your email notice doesn't work, this is the way to manually update your profile. 

Log into your Commit Team Suite at: https://team.commitswimming.com
(Keep this link handy, it's how you accept meets, check billing, check previously distributed messages, etc)

Your billing username is the email address you used to register your swimmers. (If you're not sure, you can always email Coach Eric and he will provide you with your billing username).

Your password should be whatever you set on registration, but you can always manually reset it by clicking "forgot my password". 

Click on the "Payments" tab.

Under the "Payment Methods" you can add or delete cards. 

Under the "Invoice" you can clear any open invoices.
