Hi Cougar Team Families,
We’re excited to share a new private Facebook group created for our swim team families: the Team Swim Gear Exchange.
The group is a place for families to buy, sell, trade, or pass down gently used swim gear that no longer fits or is no longer needed. This can include team apparel, suits, parkas, backpacks, warm-ups, fins, paddles, tech suits, equipment, and more.
The goal is to help families save money, keep good gear within the team, and reduce unnecessary waste by giving items a second life.
Families can post items they are selling or looking for, connect directly with one another, and arrange exchanges at practices or meets. The group is private and intended only for current team families.
When posting an item, please include:
- Item and brand
- Size
- Condition
- Asking price
- Photos
- Practice location & Group (Montclair/Madison/Wayne)
For personalized items, we also have a local embroidery option available for re-embroidering names on items such as parkas, backpacks, and warm-ups: All they ask is that you attempt to take out the previous embroidery using a razor on the BACK side. This will shorten the time period it takes to get your new name on your item.
