HOW TO:
Update Your Credit Card on Active (Parent Portal)

Updating your credit card requires you to update your parent portal in two locations.

  1.      Automatic Tuition Payments
  2.     "My Wallet" handles all Meet Fee's and other Charges 

 

STEP 1

 

Log into your parent portal - address changes by season, current address for the 2021-2022 season is:
(If you aren't automatically logged in, you must use the login email address that you set-up at the beginning of this season.)

STEP 2

FAQ:
-If your automatic tuition charges are going through monthly, but your meet fee's are not - update "My Wallet".
-If your meet fee's are going through but your monthly tuition charges are not - update Automatic Tuition Payments. 
-If neither your meet fee's or tuition charges are going through - update both locations.
