Second only to Coach Judy in CAT coaching tenure, Cienne Keegan has been part of the Cougar coaching staff since 2002. She began her coaching career as a summer coach with the Cedar Grove Swim Team where she spent six successful seasons. Her own swimming career began at age 13 with CAT and she remained a part of the team through high school, continuing her swimming career at The College of New Jersey where she received All-Conference honors in the 200 IM and 200 Breaststroke over several seasons, held a school record for seven years, and was named as a captain during her senior year.  

Coach Cienne's experience as a teacher, swimmer, and coach enable her to provide a positive, encouraging, and challenging learning environment to help young swimmers develop their competitive swimming abilities along with a true passion for the sport of swimming.
