Coach Jane trains the Senior B team.

Jane’s swimming career began in Moscow, Russia at the age of 8. She was selected to and attended the prestigious Olympic Reserve boarding school where she lived, learned, and swam. Her specialty was distance free -- 400 free, 800 free, and the mile -- as well as 400 IM and 200 fly. She qualified and competed in Soviet Nationals multiple times. When she was 12, Coach Jane placed 4th in her age group in Russia for the 800m free.

Jane started coaching with CAT in 2009. As Gold Team Coach, Jane has produced multiple State high point overall winners and individual event state winners throughout the years. She had a swimmer make a sectional cut and two swimmers break state records. Before coaching for Cougars, Jane served as the Assistant Head Coach for North Jersey Bluestreaks swim team and as the Head Coach for Glen Wild Lake swim team. Jane is the head swim coach at Mount Saint Dominic Academy and has taught competitive swim classes and private lessons at SPA 23 for almost 20 years.

Both of Jane's children swam for Cougar Aquatic from 2009 to 2019.

Jane fondly remembers traveling all over Russia with her coach and teammates as a child and especially the experience of training in a high altitude training camp in Kazakhstan.

Jane holds a BS in Psychology and an MS in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University.
