Judy Montalbano was the head coach and owner of the Cougar Aquatic Team from 2002 until August 2015. In 1997 she joined the CAT coaching staff as an age group coach after many years of coaching at the high school and college level. She has an American Swim Coaches Association Level 4 certification. Coach Judy’s special attention to stroke technique and a dynamic coaching style creates a special environment for swimmers of any age. Swimmers she's trained have achieved Sectional, Junior and Senior level prominence.
Coach Judy offers experience not only as a coach but as an educator. As a guidance counselor with an MA in both Exercise Physiology and Counseling she presents the perfect combination for working with young student-athletes.
