Liz Ciccarelli began coaching with CAT in September 2009. She began swimming when she was 9 years old when she joined the Caldwell Summer Swim Team. She then went onto swim four years varsity at James Caldwell High school and 2 years of varsity swimming at Montclair State University. Swimming is Coach Liz’s passion and she is excited to help every swimmer from the moment they enter the water. Aside from the obvious physical strength and endurance needed to swim, Coach Liz stresses the need for mental toughness and hopes to prepare the younger swimmers for the mental challenges ahead.

Liz is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at Montclair State University.
