     ALL COUGAR PARENTS SHOULD REVIEW TIMING ASSIGNMENTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING A REPLACEMENT IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT. ROSTERS WERE INCLUDED IN THE E-MAIL THAT WAS SENT OUT TO THE GROUP. IF A REPLACEMENT CANNOT BE FOUND, PLEASE CONTACT THE HEAD TIMER FOR THE SESSION IN WHICH YOU WERE ASSIGNED.

TIMERS, PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOUR TIMING ASSIGNMENT IS COMPLETED AND YOU HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY THE NEXT TIMER, YOU MUST VACATE THE FACILITY. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY AND WATCH.

• All Cougar waivers should be handed into the Cougar Coach conducting check-in. 
  
• All Cougar members must submit to a temperature check by a Cougar Coach on arrival.
  
  
• PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCKER ROOMS ARE FOR EMERGENCY USE ONLY. THE FACILITY RESTROOMS ARE CLOSED. THEY WILL HAVE PORT-O-POTTIES AT THEIR BACK ENTERANCE.
  
  
• Access is only to our pools, we do not currently use the lobby.
• Visiting teams will have its own entrance along Central Avenue (glass doors)  Please use that door for entrance and exit.
• You are responsible for your team's waivers and temperature check prior to entering the facility (please hold waivers).  I have attached the waiver here.
• No locker rooms (port-o-potties are located outside the rear of our facility.)
• You will be assigned a specific area for your team as well as lanes for warm-up.
• No spectators.
• You are responsible for your team's (athletes and volunteers) behavior and enforcement of facial coverings and social distancing
