NOTES FROM THE HOST TEAM - Mon 11/15:

We are looking forward to our meet this weekend and glad you can attend. Please find attached the warmup schedule and lane timing assignments. Also attached is parking information about where not to park. Please make sure your parents know when to arrive at the facility.

A few highlights:

-Facility open times are for everyone. Please check final Meet & Warm-up Schedule above.

-Assigned lanes for Friday night warm up (please just spread your team out and not everyone in the pool at one time, you have an entire hour)

-No Gym Friday night for distance

-No Chairs permitted in the gym Saturday and Sunday

-Parking in the lots and not on the side streets

-There is a 5-minute buffer between warmups on Saturday and Sunday. Please do not bring your team in to the pool area early if you are in the 2^nd or 3^rd warm up.
