Cougar Family,

I am excited to announce that we will be welcoming a new member to our coaching staff!

Coach Jon's bio can be found below. He will be joining the Cougar Family as Head Age Group Coach in charge of overseeing the Age Group Programs (AG1, AG2 and Senior Prep). He will also take charge of such things as running our CAT-hosted meets and will potentially help us explore expansion opportunities to develop new groups or programs.

During the Spring/Summer of 2023, he will be helping across the different groups to familiarize himself with our program. When we start back up again in the Fall, he will begin his role as Head Age Group Coach.

Coach Rich will focus his efforts as Head Senior Coach in charge of overseeing the Senior Programs (Senior A & B). Coach Rich and I have worked closely together in bringing Jon on board. The three of us will partner as the administrative staff for the program.

We are excited to bring in another strong leader in NJ Swimming to continue to grow our program!

Please be sure to introduce yourself and welcome Jon to the Family when you see him at your practice!

Go Cougars!
Coach Eric
