Try-outs are required to be accepted onto the team. There is no cost to attend.

With the Wayne Community Center temporarily closed following the recent fire, we are continuing to work on plans for our new Wayne location, including interim options while the Community Center is being repaired.
If you are interested in joining our Wayne program, please complete this form. We will use the information provided to keep you updated as plans are finalized and additional information becomes available.
There is no obligation to join by completing this form. You are welcome to sign up simply to receive updates while you decide whether the Wayne program is right for your family.
If you have not yet been evaluated and are interested in joining the Wayne program, you may still complete the try-out form so that we have your information and we will keep you up-to-date.

Now that our season is beginning, we can arrange for prospective swimmers to attend a practice for an evaluation rather than waiting for another scheduled try-out.
Our Locations
- Montclair Area – Montclair Kimberley Academy & Montclair State University
- Madison Area – Fairleigh Dickinson University
- Wayne Area – Wayne Community Center
Minimum Requirements – Ages 5–12
- At least 5 years old
- Comfortable swimming across the pool unassisted
- Basic knowledge of freestyle and backstroke
Minimum Requirements – Ages 13 & Over
Swimmers should be comfortable performing all four competitive strokes:
- Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke
- Butterfly
